Users of SQL Server 2008 should be excited with a news release posted last month by Microsoft. Code named Kilimanjaro, Microsoft last month announced that self-service reporting will be seen in the next release of Microsoft SQL Server. The next version would be focused on BI. Microsoft also announced self-service analysis capabilities code-named "Project Gemini".
